Mentors
Our Personal Development Mentors offer targeted support for children in their areas of need that go beyond the National Curriculum such as wellbeing, self-esteem and self-management.
Working alongside class teams, Mentors ensure that personal development needs are quickly identified and that these needs are met in the classroom by adjusting the environment and teaching strategies.
Mentors also offer 1:1 sessions for children with high levels of need, ensuring that they have the support needed to be successful at school.
