Bridgeview Special School offers stimulating environments for children with special needs to flourish, be successful and feel valued.  We adopt a person centered approach with children’s needs at the heart of everything we do.  The whole team collaborates around the needs of the child, working with families, SEN experts and outside agencies.

Together as SEN experts we will:

  • Understand and use each child’s EHCP to remove barriers to learning so all children have access to the curriculum they deserve
  • Provide a range of opportunities for children to discover and explore their interests, identity and potential with an enriched curriculum
  • Equip children with emotional literacy, practising the skills needed to understand and manage their feelings and emotions
  • Prepare children for later life – developing independence, healthy minds and healthy lifestyles by encouraging physical activity

  • Remove the ceiling on expectations and inspire all pupils achieve their full potential and be the best version of themselves
